Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
  • Absolutely, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your clean. We will make a final walkthrough of the unit with you so we can assure that everything is exactly as you want it. If you are not present at the end of the cleaning, we will send you a walkthrough final video so you can see how we made it shine ;)

  • Customer or assigned person of contact must be present at time of completion of the final walk out, for the satisfaction guarantee policy to be applicable.

  • For Move in/Move out cleans: Property must be completely vacated and all furnishings removed at time of cleaning. Added time for removal and moving of garbage and furnishings will incur additional charges. If a cleaning cannot be performed due to an excessive amount of items/garbage in the property at arrival, 100% of cleaning cost will be charged.


Do I have to be home while your team cleans?

The chore assistants are fine with either! If it makes you more comfortable to stay then it's fine with us. If you would prefer not to sit around and watch, feel free to head out and we’ll message you when your clean is complete.


Do you have a cancellation policy?

It happens, things come up and your appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. By giving us a minimum 24 hours notice and we will be able to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge. Under 24 hours notice may be subject to 50% of your cleaning cost.


What happens if I arrive late to the cleaning?
  • We will text you when the chore assistants are on their way. If you (the customer) are having any issue getting there, please call us as soon as possible. Communication is the key!

  • In case the customer is late to give access to start the clean, that's alright with us as long as we have been informed about it. (Note:In this case the cleaning time has already begun since the arrival of the cleaning team)

  • Should there be no access at time of arrival, we have a grace period of 20 minutes while we try to reach you by phone, email or text. After that, there will be a 100% full charge on service for no show. This policy of 100% charges needs to be followed since we have already reserved a slot and done the booking for you, over other incoming bookings.


Does the unit have to be vacant?

Unlike List it cleanings, for Move in / Move out cleanings we need the unit to be vacant and furnishings removed to assure that the cleaning will be fully done.


Will there be any additional charges?
  1. Added time by the customer for removal and moving of garbage and furnishings will incur additional charges.

  2. Similarly if the unit happens to be super dirty, additional costs may be charged for additional cleaning time, by informing the customer.

  3. Upgrading the clean by adding additional care packages or some more added Chores, will also cost more.
